Leadership Signature's

I ask questions and reflect on my learning when:

My learning hasn't got that extra "OMPH"

I am quite criticising on my own work and think I could always do better.
I know when I have to work independently and know when to collaborate.  I give my self feedback and get others to give me some.  When I get feedback I'm happy because I'm in the pit!
 Sometimes I think why do I work collaborative when I don't need to, so I work independently.

I am fair to others and know when to compete and when to cooperate when:

All the time, I am always fair to others.  I know when to compete in an individual activity like in a competition.  I cooperate when I need to complete a collaborative activity and the group I am in will complete it to their best of their ability.  I am competitive and cooperate and know what to do in any situation.

I know when to lead, when to follow and when to act independently

I know when to lead like at Choir, I am the Choir leader and when Mr Breach is late Nadia and I calm everyone down.  I know when to follow like in milk.  Kahu is the C.E.O and Caleb, Nadia and Shonte are the other C.O.O.  I'm also a C.O.O.  I know when to act independently when there is an individual activity like a pen pal letter  

unless someone needs help.  When I need help I ask a friend that knows how to do it or if not the teacher.  

I'm a really good leader and need to work on following a bit more but I still can follow, just not as good as leading.

I have responsibilities and show others how to be responsible

I have responsibilities like: 

Choir leader, Awhina leader and being a Trusted Kid.

I enjoy having responsibilities and showing others to be responsible by

helping others to get there tags.

I am good at encouraging people.

I helped Dylan and encouraged him to get his tag, and now he's got two tags!

You have to be in it to win.

I ask for advice when required

I ask for advice when:

I have technical difficulties and my work is a challenge, but first I will keep going until I have come to a complete stop.

I am consistent and very resourceful.

I am also good at giving advice to people, like feedback.
The other day I gave feedback to Dylan and Cole on they're reading work.
I enjoying getting and giving feedback, I really like giving people advice.

I Am Resourceful And Resilient

I am resourceful when

I am doing work, I always get go to at least three sources on whatever topic I'm working on.

I am really good at putting links in out through my work so then if you want a different opinion you can get one.  

The other day I was looking at two different websites and was trying to find what answer was correct, so I went to two more websites and found the answer.

I am resilient

All the time!

I always continue, I always try my B.E.S.T (Better Every Single Time)

A week ago I went down to East Wing and solved a really hard maths problem, but It got hard and I keeped on going.

 So that's why I deserve do have those signatures on those bullet points!

I can direct or influence people by taking on different roles in different situation's.

I can direct or influence people by taking on different roles in different situation's by taking on responsibility's and directing people to success.  I was a class captain and now mentoring two others to become class captains in future.  I like to take on a lot of responsibility's and have got some.

I am an awhina leader and ready to direct and influence anyone who wants the help.

Hello, My name is Sean and I am working towards my Leadership Badge,

I have already got my Trusted Kid Badge and stepping up towards being a more responsible student.

I am a positive role model to my younger classmates and schoolmates.  

I am a Class Captain at present and I am showing the expectation for others to follow.

I am also a Trusted Kid and trying to get my classmates to achieve a Trusted Kid Badge as well.

I am also the leader of the South Hornby Storytellers and that is another step towards my Leadership Badge.

I am always positive.
